Chicago Bar Association’s Class Action and Antitrust Law Committees Joint Meeting

Freeborn's Jeff Cross will be speaking at Chicago Bar Association’s Class Action and Antitrust Law Committees joint meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 12:15 pm at the CBA’s headquarters. Mr. Cross will speak about his participation in the Sulfuric Acid Antitrust Litigation, and in particular the Seventh Circuit’s important 2014 decision regarding the application of per se versus rule-of-reason analysis in antitrust cases. Mr. Cross will also speak about class certification in the context of antitrust cases, in particular the role of Daubert challenges that arise during the class certification process.
