Cross Writes about New Federal Rules Designed to Control Litigation, Discovery Costs

In December of last year, Congress and the Supreme Court proposed Federal Rules of Civil Procedure amendments aimed at controlling the costs of litigation, particularly involving discovery. Cross, a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Antitrust & Trade Regulation Group, examines the new rules and explores prospects for whether or not the courts will embrace the challenge to actively engage in working to reducing costs. His article, “Courts To Decide if New Rules Will Curb Litigation Costs,” is the latest in his series "The Antitrust Litigator," published in the April-May 2016 issue of Today's General Counsel magazine.
