Anthony J. Zeoli, a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group, earlier this year was honored with the Innovator of the Year Award from the Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) of Chicago for his work with the SBAC on a bill he drafted to allow for an intrastate crowdfunding exemption in Illinois, which was unanimously passed by the state legislature. The crowdfunding industry website Crowdfund Insider spotlighted the recognition for Zeoli with the article “Anthony Zeoli Recognized with Innovator of the Year Award from the Small Business Advocacy Council of Chicago,” published May 4, 2016.
