VanPuymbrouck, Chair of the Firm’s National Fire & Explosion Response and Litigation Task Force, will present at the Nov. 17 and 18 DRI Fire Science and Litigation Seminar in Scottsdale, Ariz. Titled “Batteries Not Included: Defending Lithium Battery Fire Losses,” Mr. VanPuymbrouck’s presentation covers technical and legal aspects of fire losses involving lithium secondary batteries. He will be joined by Jonathan G. Jordan of Engineering Systems Inc.
