Elizabeth Hensen is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group.

Elizabeth focuses her practice on a broad range of general corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with federal and state securities laws, corporate governance, and general commercial transactions. Elizabeth has represented diverse businesses of all sizes, including publicly and closely held corporations, in securities, corporate finance, and business organization matters.

Prior to joining Freeborn, Elizabeth served as Assistant General Counsel at Exelon Corporation and Deputy General Counsel and Vice President at Patriot National, Inc. Her in-house experience enables her to bring a creative, business-focused approach to providing solutions for clients.
