Core Values in Action

“Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things.” – Peter Drucker

My father retired as a Colonel from the United States Air Force. He espoused the Air Force’s core values of integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. Growing up with that ethos made the Freeborn family a perfect fit for me. The firm’s core values of integrity, caring, effectiveness, teamwork, and commitment are the values I aspire to achieve daily in my personal and professional life. Ultimately, clients want lawyers who are effective. My goal is to deliver effective representation to our clients, which we do by being equally committed to every client’s case, caring about the outcomes for our client, and utilizing our collective knowledge and experience as a team to make sure we are doing the right things for the client to achieve their goals.
