Wes Marsh is Of Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group.

He has handled and supervised the strategy of billion-dollar antitrust cases, several large environmental litigation and a variety of commercial and insurance-related disputes.

Before joining Freeborn, he served as the Assistant General Counsel in charge of all litigation and claims for the nation's seventh largest railroad.

Representative Matters

  • Obtained a jury verdict for one of the country's largest railroads in a class action case involving the Federal Employer's Liability Act.
