Zachary Iacovino is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial contracts, and general corporate and organizational matters.  He represents buyers and sellers in asset acquisitions and divestitures, take-private stock acquisitions, cross-border transactions, equity investments and joint ventures, financing and lending transactions, corporate restructuring, and more. 

Prior to joining Freeborn, Zach was an Associate at Cheng Cohen LLC.
