2017 is gearing up to be a year of significant legal and regulatory changes. The transportation industry is no exception to this, as was illustrated in the recent Law360 article "Transportation Cases to Watch in 2017." The article covers various ongoing legal issues within the industry, including Uber's driver classification dispute; California's piece rate, meal and rest break litigation; and allegations that the four largest domestic airline carriers colluded to fix prices and limit domestic flight capacities.
Richard A. Fiore, a Partner in the firm's Transportation Team, provided his insights on the multidistrict litigation concerning the airline carrier antitrust allegations.
