Andrew L. Goldstein to present on "Mitigating Risk in Standard 'Terms of Use' for Consumer and Small Business Cloud Products," at ACI National Forum

Andrew L. Goldstein, a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group at Freeborn, is scheduled to speak at the ACI’s (American Conference Institute) upcoming national forum, “Negotiating Effective Contracts and Litigating Disputes Related to Cloud Computing,” in San Francisco on June 6 & 7, 2012. Mr. Goldstein will speak in the session, “Mitigating Risk in Standard ‘Terms of Use’ for Consumer and Small Business Cloud Products.” The session will address licensing and patent issues; deciphering terms of use requirements for online platforms; formatting a license agreement and keeping terms of use current with new state, federal and international regulations.
