Annual Petroleum Marketing Attorneys Meeting

Partner, Jeffery M. Cross will be speaking at the annual Petroleum Marketing Attorneys Meeting held in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, March 28, 2006.  The meeting is sponsored each year by a major oil company on a rotating basis.  This year the meeting is hosted by Exxon Mobil.  Mr. Cross is presenting on recent developments in litigation under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act as well as franchise litigation.  This is the fifth time that Mr. Cross has spoken at this annual meeting in the last fifteen years and the third time that he has been invited to do so by Exxon Mobil.   Mr. Cross has extensive experience in the area of franchise and dealership law and particularly in the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, which governs the relationships between oil companies and its dealers.
