Association of Transportation Law Professionals 81st Annual Meeting

Cynthia A. Bergmann is a featured presenter at the Association of Transportation Law Professionals' 81st Annual Meeting, to be held in Saint Michaels, MD, from June 27-29, 2010.    

Ms. Bergmann will moderate a panel discussion, titled, “In-House Counsel Roundtable.” The distinguished panel of corporate counsel will share their insights on the challenges they face in managing the legal needs of their organizations, what they look for and value in their outside counsel relationships, and the top issues they face in 2010. Panel members include representatives from Union Pacific Railroad Company, BNSF Railway and Kansas City Southern Railway. 

Ms. Bergmann co-leads Freeborn & Peters' Business Law Practice Group, and she assists large and mid-size corporations with the acquisition and sale of subsidiaries, joint ventures, development of new facilities and strategic initiatives, with a special focus on the transportation industry.
