DRI’s Fire Science and Litigation Conference will offer timely insights on a wide variety of topics facing insurance professionals, experts, and attorneys who handle explosion- and fire-related claims. New products have found some unintended uses or have led to some unintended consequences and some products that have been around forever are seeing renewed interest in the fire litigation realm. We are pleased to present a talented group of manufacturing representatives, leading experts, and battle tested attorneys who will provide their insights into some of the hot button issues related to fire litigation and fire investigations, including the new stringent requirements represented by NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033 and how claims are being affected. We will have something for everyone, including our Fire Investigation 101 breakout session for those new to the fire litigation field.
