Attorneys from Freeborn & Peters, who advise clients including growers, brokers, wholesalers, importers and exporters, and resellers of fresh fruits and vegetables, on a range of litigation and regulatory matters, will be available throughout the convention to discuss issues ranging from food safety and intellectual property, to regulatory compliance and PACA Trust litigation.

"The produce industry is vital to the nation’s economy and the legal and regulatory issues that exist in this highly competitive marketplace require highly specialized legal counsel,” said Jason R. Klinowski, an attorney with Freeborn & Peters and one of the few attorneys nationally with a specialty in PACA Trust litigation. “The produce industry should be aware that there are lawyers and law firms out there that understand the unique challenges and nuances of their industry. We look forward to participating in this important industry event.”
