Description
On June 4, Edward Hannon, Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, will be on a panel with Mary Cunningham of Chicago Deferred Exchange to discuss how the like kind exchange rules can be used in distressed property situations. During this panel discussion, Mr. Hannon and Ms. Cunningham will be examining many of the tax, structural and timing issues that can arise in a distressed property situation. They will also discuss transaction specific observations on how to implement these structures when working with special servicers in connection with distressed CMBS loans.
