John T. Shapiro, Member of Freeborn’s Food Industry Team, is a featured presenter at the Food Safety Exchange Conference sponsored by Mettler Toledo on June 11, 2013. The conference is an educational event that brings food processors, retails, auditors, owners and other food safety experts together from all over the Midwest.
Mr. Shapiro will give the keynote presentation on preparation for a successful FSMA implementation.
