February 4, 2015

The potentially staggering cost of litigation continues to be top of mind for in-house counsel. In addition to the cost of litigation, counsel often express frustration with the lack of transparent metrics to measure progress and potential results.
Is there a different approach? The panel, which includes Freeborn Partner Todd Ohlms and will be moderated by Freeborn Partner Missy Sandberg, will provide insights and practical tips on reducing costs by taking a disciplined and analytical approach to litigation. Attendees will learn how to use enhanced litigation decision tools to continuously evaluate the strengths of their litigation position throughout the litigation process. The panel will also cover topics including a unique approach to containing e-discovery costs and the successful use of shadow juries to quantify expected verdicts throughout the course of a trial.
