Partner Erin McAdams Franzblau to Moderate Panel for Federal Bar Association’s Eighth Annual Employment Law Seminar

Freeborn Partner Erin McAdams Franzblau will be moderating a panel for the Federal Bar Association's Eighth Annual Employment Law Seminar. Her panel is entitled, "Can I say that? Employee and Corporate Speech in Polarized Times." The panel deals with public and private employers' rights to police their employees' on and off-duty speech, and the rise of corporate speech. 

The seminar will offer the opportunity to hear from employment law experts on the ever-changing landscape of federal laws and regulations. Panelists will include members from the judiciary, academia, government, in-house counsel and private practice.
