Cross is speaking at the 21st Annual Petroleum Marketing Law Roundtable on October 27, 2006 in Chicago Illinois.  The program, sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, is attended by both inside and outside counsel interested in the law surrounding the retail marketing of gasoline and other petroleum products.  Mr. Cross will be speaking on the latest developments under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.
