Partner Joel Bruckman to Present CLE for the North Suburban Bar Association on Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”)

Freeborn Partner Joel Bruckman will be presenting a CLE for the North Suburban Bar Association entitled, "Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”) - Defensible Identification, Collection and Production." The presentation will be held via Zoom on Friday, January 28th at 12:30 pm C.T., and will focus on the collection of electronically stored information, specifically in regard to litigation. The course will begin by covering defensible collection strategies and best practices followed by a discussion on forensic protocol negotiation/contents and forms of ESI production.
