Freeborn Partners Katheleen Ehrhart and Peter Steffen will be speaking at the upcoming AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society (ARIAS) 2021 Virtual Spring Conference on May 6th at 12:35 PM CST. Peter will be presenting and Katheleen will be moderating the two-part panel entitled, "Virtual Arbitrations: Temporary Solution or the New Normal." This presentation will focus on two issues: (a) how to effectively conduct a virtual arbitration, including best practices and common pitfalls; and (b) whether virtual arbitration proceedings will outlast the pandemic and become the new normal, either in whole or part.
