Description
No one tells you what actually happens when your firm falls victim to a cyber-predator. This seminar will!
The program agenda will walk you through a step-by-step illustration of an attack from inception, to mitigation and through recovery. You will first learn what preemptive measures your firm can take as well as what to do in the event there is a malware attack, a social engineering attack, or a ransomware attack on your systems. Disaster recovery and business continuity as a strategy to minimize the impact of an attack will be part of the discussion as well. And, panelists will highlight best business practices for security procedures, employee training, and technology debt.
Firms on the cutting edge of technology will then share how they have compensated for a changing cyber-driven world, what their clients have experienced, and how they have updated their systems. Finally, the program will feature a summation of the judicial and ARDC trends with respect to cyber-attacks and your duty, both ethically and under the relevant federal laws.
