Freeborn Welcomes Chad J. Richman as Partner in Real Estate Practice Group

CHICAGO – April 27, 2017 – Freeborn & Peters LLP is pleased to announce that Chad J. Richman has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Partner and member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Moynihan. “Chad will be a great addition to Freeborn’s team of experienced and highly regarded attorneys that serve many of the nation’s largest and most successful real estate developers, owners and investors.”

Mr. Richman has significant experience in a broad range of real estate, finance, transactional and general business matters. His real estate practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, fund formation, venture structuring, and complex financing involving all types of real estate uses. Mr. Richman also regularly represents publicly and privately held companies on a wide spectrum of structuring and operational issues.

Mr. Richman gained significant experience in transactional real estate while practicing at the global law firm of DLA Piper. Prior to practicing law, he participated in the development of a mixed-use property in downtown Chicago and also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Richman graduated from The John Marshall Law School ranked first in his law school class and received his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.
