Partner Robert Karr was appointed by Junichi Seki, Mayor of Osaka, Japan as an Osaka City Revitalization Advisor. In this role, he is responsible for further enhancing economic relations between the City of Osaka and its partners around the world.
In filling this role, Mayor Seki's intention is to further develop the Sister City relationship between China, Japan and the U.S.
In 2002, Mr. Karr was also appointed by Mayor Richard M. Daley to represent Chicago in the Sister City relationship with Osaka, Japan.
