Ter Molen Comments on Class Action Lawsuit over Campbell Soup “Healthy” Claims

Campbell Soup Co. has filed a motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit in California that alleges misleading labeling and advertising of its Healthy Request chunky grilled chicken and sausage gumbo soup as “healthy” due to the fact that the soup contains artificial trans fat in the form of partially hydrogenated soybean oil.
