Thomas Comments on NTSB Investigation Report on 2015 Philadelphia Amtrak Crash

18 May 2016

In its investigation report concerning the deadly May 2015 derailment of Amtrak 188 in Philadelphia, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said the crash was likely caused by a distracted engineer. The article “Amtrak Philly Crash Probe May Yield Slow Safety Fixes,” was published May 17, 2016.
