Christine Hollis serves as the firm's Director of Attorney Recruiting, Development and Diversity, implementing the strategic initiatives of the Recruiting, Management and Executive Committees with respect to the hiring of associates and lateral partners across all offices. Christine provides leadership to and works closely with the recruiting committee to develop and implement effective recruiting efforts ensuring the firm’s success in attracting and retaining top legal talent.
Utilizing her background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she continuously creates, develops and implements effective and innovative processes for all aspects of the recruiting life cycle. Christine also manages the successful integration of all lateral associates and partners, facilitates lawyer training programs and initiatives as well as oversees the firm's CLE programs. Prior to joining Freeborn, Christine worked in attorney recruiting capacities at both Barnes & Thornburg LLP and McGuireWoods LLP.
Christine considers herself a “foodie” and is always interested in trying new cuisine. She’s a native Chicagoan and enjoys seeing how the city has changed over the years, but has yet to visit the Skydeck in the Willis (fondly noted as the Sears) Tower.
