About
Clayton Lynn is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private placements and securities, and general corporate governance. Clayton frequently advises privately held, middle-market companies in exits transactions, as well as, clients in their buy-side M&A transaction. He also has experience in the areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright law.
Prior to joining Freeborn, Clayton served as an Associate at Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP, where he supported clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, technology transactions, and real estate and land use issues. In addition to his experience at his previous firm, Clayton worked as a corporate extern for Texas Instruments, and was the Chief of the Patent Clinic at SMU.
Outside of work, Clayton enjoys teaching spin classes, collecting vinyl records, trivia nights, and spending quality time with friends and family.
