Craig Nelson is a paralegal in the Environment and Energy Practice Group. Craig works in a diverse practice that focuses on defending clients in complex environmental litigation and state and federal government enforcement actions. He routinely assists with regulatory compliance issues.
Craig also has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including defending employers in a variety of collective, class and single-plaintiff actions. Craig works extensively with large document databases, managing ESI from discovery through trial. Craig has keen knowledge of databases, eDiscovery practices and litigation support software, as well as broad legal research skills. This enables him to assist in all phases of litigation, from initial investigations, fact development and depositions, through arbitrations, mediations, trials and appeal.
