Hailey Wilkes is an Associate in the Richmond office and member of the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on representing individuals and organizations in insurance defense matters through all phases of both state and federal litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Hailey was an associate at Carr Maloney, P.C. in Washington D.C., where she prepared for and participated in bench trials, hearings, arbitration proceedings, settlement conferences, mediations, and depositions. She additionally has experience conducting legal research for motions, demurrers, memoranda, briefs, and pleadings.
Hailey previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Smith in the 19th Judicial Circuit, Fairfax, Virginia. During law school, Hailey also worked as a Law Clerk for the Alexandria, Virginia firm of Holmes, Costin, & Marcus, PLLC supporting its employment law and civil litigation practices.
Hailey received her B.A. from Utah Valley University (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University.
