Peter Monzon is an Associate in Freeborn’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Freeborn, Peter served as an Associate at Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, where he counseled clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions and drafted and negotiated complex business arrangements including the sale and purchase of real estate. He also drafted business plans, financial projections, and provided financing underwriting support for clients seeking SBA 504 loans.
Outside of work, and as time permits, Peter enjoys tinkering with all things mechanical and working on his small farmette.
