Bob McWilliams is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

With more than 30 years of corporate, transactional and securities law experience, Bob delivers both legal and practical business advice to the Firm’s clients. He represents both public and private companies and has extensive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience. He also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and other corporate legal affairs.

As an M&A lawyer, Bob has worked on numerous transactions advising buyers and sellers, large companies and small, public and private, across a range of industries. Notable in his transactional practice is his long-standing representation of an industry-leading aviation services company for which he has provided counseling on more than 25 transactions across the country and an international paper and plastics packaging company.

  • Numerous add-on acquisitions of manufacturing facilities for an international paper and plastics packaging company.

  • Represented a multi-national, family owned food company with respect to company-wide organizational restructuring allowing for greater operational efficiencies, enhanced strategic partnering, financing flexibility, estate planning and  ownership transfers.

  • Numerous add-on acquisitions of airport-based aircraft service companies throughout the United States for an Orlando, Florida-based fixed-base operator.
