About

Robert Sikorski is an Associate and member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group, providing strategic and informed business legal advice to companies throughout their life cycles. Robert’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private placements and securities, and general corporate governance. He also assists clients with structuring joint-ventures.

Prior to joining Freeborn, Robert was an Associate at Vedder Price, P.C., where he advised lenders, borrowers, lessors, and other stakeholders on protecting their property interests in aviation and railcar assets located in the United States and abroad. He also assisted with asset-backed securitization transactions including performing due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, and preparing and coordinating SEC filings. Robert also previously interned for the City of South Bend Legal Department and Catholic Charities Legal Assistance in Chicago.

Robert received his B.A. from Fordham University (magna cum laude) and his J.D. from University of Notre Dame School of Law (magna cum laude).
