Ryan Solfaro is a member of Freeborn’s Litigation Practice Group and the firm’s Insurance/Reinsurance and Labor and Employment Teams.
Ryan, who works in the firm’s New York office, previously served as a Litigation Paralegal at Freeborn. He specializes in matters involving reinsurance and insurance coverage disputes. As a paralegal, Ryan was tasked in all phases of disputes in commercial contracts, complex insurance and reinsurance claims, corporate acquisitions, securities, derivative instruments, foreign exchange contracts, shareholder rights, intellectual property, and insolvency. Ryan also helped with the performance of licensing agreements, founder agreements, scientific advisory board agreements, consulting agreements, wage disputes, incorporating new businesses, and startup business contracts.
Ryan received his B.A. from Binghamton University (cum laude), and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf and watching movies.
