One of the firm’s Core Values is ‘Commitment: We each take personal responsibility to do "whatever it takes" to solve even the toughest problems.’ I find that when I “own” a project or assignment completing it becomes my personal mission. I believe to every problem there is a solution; you just have to find it. The challenge is putting the thought and work to find that solution.
