My first Army mentor always said: “No plan survives first contact.” Here at Freeborn, we know how to take a punch, adapt, and keep moving forward. When your case turns ugly, you need someone that can guide you through complex decisions and offer advice backed by experience. My team specializes in aggressively pursuing our clients litigation goals, whether that means securing a favorable settlement through strategic motion practice, or orchestrating full-scale takedown at trial. I have extensive Federal Court experience, including first-chair representation at trial. When I take on your case I make a promise to treat your concerns as my own. I’ll burn the midnight oil so that you can get back to business.
