Bergmann Comments on Industry Concerns over Proposed DOT Oil Train Rules

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s newly proposed rules intended to improve spill-response readiness for trains carrying highly flammable cargo are causing concern to railroads because the rules could force carriers to expose sensitive information, which could expose them to security risks and raise concerns over competitiveness.
