CNET Interviews Andrew Goldstein about Aereo Supreme Court Case

The ongoing feud between big broadcasters and technology company Aereo is culminating with a showdown before the Supreme Court. Earlier in January, the High Court agreed to hear the case, which pits media giants against Aereo, a offers an online subscription service that uses arrays of miniature antennas to grab over-the-air programming, steam it to paying members and store it for them in a remote DVR. 

Andrew Goldstein, a Partner in the Firm's Corporate, Intellectual Property Litigation and Media & Entertainment practices, provided commentary on the pending case in an article titled "Aereo's Supreme Court Battle May Change How You Watch TV,"  published on Jan. 15, 2014, by CNET. 

"We've got here a narrow loophole created for broadcast programming in the copyright act. Credit Aereo for taking that loophole and driving a Mack truck through it," Andy told the publication.
