Crain's Chicago Interviews Andrew Goldstein about ".sucks" gTLD

Those who are looking to advertise their distaste for Chicago's professional hockey team won't be able to register ChicagoBlackhawks.sucks, according to attorney Andrew Goldstein, a Partner in the firm's Intellectual Property and Information Technology Practice. In an interview for Crain's Chicago Business, Andrew discusses the new generic Top-Level Domain (gTLD) ".sucks" and why trademark owners might want to consider taking advantage of the current registration "sunshine period" before the gTLD becomes available to the general public. The article, which appeared on June 12, is titled "Sorry, You Cannot Buy ChicagoBlackhawks.sucks."
