Cross Writes about Benefits of Narrowing Scope of Client Representative's Deposition

Jeffery M. Cross, a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Antitrust & Trade Regulation Group, writes about how narrowing the scope of matters to be examined for a deposition of a corporate representative -- pursuant to the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(6) -- can contribute to a successful outcome. In his role as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Today's General Counsel (TGC) magazine, Cross covers the topic in his latest "The Antitrust Litigator" article, "Narrow the Scope of the Client Representative's Deposition," published in the April-May 2015 issue of TGC.
