Real estate developer OHCMC-Oswego LLC won approval of its bidding procedures for an auction with an $11.75 million stalking-horse bid from LB Anderson Construction Inc. Owner Oliver-Hoffman Corp. formed the debtor on July 12, 2005, to acquire vacant land for a series of real estate developments.
