Freeborn Expands Corporate Practice with Addition of Partner Robyn N. Davis in New York

NEW YORK –  Freeborn & Peters LLP continues the expansion of its corporate practice group and New York office with the addition of Robyn N. Davis as a partner. 

An alumna of two American Lawyer 125 firms, Davis has returned to private practice after nearly 20 years as senior legal and general counsel to companies, including several in the Fortune 200. A comprehensive business attorney and legal strategist, she leverages her diverse industry experience and transactional background to assist both mature and emerging businesses in issues as varied as early-stage corporate counseling and formation, structuring and documenting innovative business alliances, entry into foreign markets, governance, and operational business law.

Davis earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
