Freeborn Expands Corporate Practice with Addition of Partner Rudyard W. Ceres in New York

NEW YORK – Freeborn & Peters LLP continues the expansion of its corporate practice group and New York office with the addition of Rudyard W. Ceres as a partner. 

Ceres focuses his practice on U.S. and international small and medium-size enterprises and owner-operated businesses.  His dual UK and U.S. qualifications, coupled with his extensive experience over the past 25 years, enable him to work closely with private equity, hedge funds, family offices and high-net-worth clients, to identify, manage and mitigate their global legal and business risks.  Prior to joining Freeborn, he served as a partner with Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller LLP.

Apart from being admitted in New York, Ceres’s credentials include his law degree (LLB. Hons) from the University of Leicester, Leicester, UK; he completed his Solicitors Finals Examinations at the College of Law York, York, UK; and, he is admitted as a Solicitor of the Electoral Roll of England and Wales.
