Freeborn Expands Real Estate Practice with Addition of Associate Peter A. Monzon in Chicago

CHICAGO – Freeborn & Peters LLP continues the expansion of its real estate practice group with the addition of Peter A. Monzon as an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. 

Monzon focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions. 

“Peter brings valuable commercial real estate experience that will enhance our already-skilled team,” said Richard J. Prior to joining Freeborn, Monzon served as an associate at Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, where he counseled clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions and drafted and negotiated complex business arrangements including the sale and purchase of real estate. He also drafted business plans, financial projections, and provided financing underwriting support for clients seeking Small Business Administration 504 loans.
