Freeborn Partner Matthew J. O’Hara Named BTI Client Service All-Star MVP for 2022

CHICAGO – Freeborn & Peters LLP announces that Matthew J. O’Hara, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and co-leader of its complex litigation group, has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star MVP for the third consecutive year. 

O’Hara is among 565 law firm attorneys across the United States honored as BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2022. He is one of 129 attorneys named as All-Star MVPs, having also earned this recognition in 2019 and 2020. BTI Consulting Group’s annual Client Service All-Stars list highlights a select group of client service leaders, identified by corporate counsel at the world’s leading organizations.

O'Hara concentrates his practice in the litigation and trial of complex commercial matters in federal and state courts and matters involving the law of lawyering. He has tried cases involving federal securities laws, antitrust laws, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, trademark infringement, breach of contract, contract reformation, unjust enrichment, license agreements, executive employment, the Uniform Commercial Code, fraud, and criminal defense. He also litigates legal malpractice, private shareholder and partnership disputes, fraudulent transfers, defamation, and other commercial matters.
