Freeborn Partners Recognized as 2022 New York Metro Super Lawyers®

NEW YORK – Freeborn & Peters LLP announces that partners in the firm’s New York office and labor and employment practice group, Kathryn T. Lundy and Marc B. Zimmerman, have been recognized as New York Metro Super Lawyers® for 2022. Ms. Lundy was additionally recognized in Super Lawyers’ 2022 Women’s Edition.

Ms. Lundy, recognized for employment and labor, is a partner in the litigation and labor and employment practice groups and a member of the consumer products industry team. Clients count on her to litigate particularly high stakes disputes, including the defense of claims ranging from sexual harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour and breach of contract. She has also counseled and litigated a broad array of matters to secure emergent relief to enforce restrictive covenants and protect their rights under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) and related state laws. Ms. Lundy also serves as a Co-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Council

Mr. Zimmerman, also recognized for employment and labor, is a partner in the litigation practice group, leader of the labor and employment practice group and a member of the consumer products industry team. He advises clients on a wide range of labor relations and business issues, including wage and hour compliance, classification issues, restrictive covenants, discipline, management training, policy development, reductions in force, investigations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower and unemployment claims. Mr. Zimmerman has represented employers in hundreds of actions, including administrative hearings, arbitrations and lawsuits.
