Freeborn & Peters Attorneys Discuss "Catching the Wave" with Food Companies

Michael A. Moynihan,  David L. Ter Molen and Brian A. Smith, all Partners and members of the Food Industry Team at Freeborn, were quoted in, "Freeborn & Peters Targets Food Industry," an article featured in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin on March 9, 2012.

Freeborn & Peters created a Food Industry Team to help food companies with their legal and business needs.  Mr. Moynihan, who is the leader of the Food Industry Team, comments on why the firm has established a team dedicated to the food industry.   According to Mr. Ter Molen, whose focus is on intellectual property litigation, along with food labeling work and consultation, "There is just so much happening in this area."  Due to the cross-disciplinary approach, noted by Mr. Smith, Freeborn & Peters is able to work with the company and not just the individual.
