Freeborn & Peters LLP Elects Joseph L. Fogel to the Firm’s Executive Committee

CHICAGO – Freeborn & Peters LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has elected Joseph L. Fogel to the Executive Committee. He previously served as the firm’s Co-Managing Partner alongside William E. Russell since 2019.

As a member of Freeborn’s Executive Committee, Mr. Fogel is responsible for strategic planning, the development of the firm’s mission, oversight of firm committees, allocation of firm financial and management resources, and more.

Mr. Fogel is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group and joined Freeborn in 1994. In addition to previously serving as Co-Managing Partner, he also served as a Member and Chairperson of the Firm’s Compensation Committee. Joe has extensive experience litigating a multitude of complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitral forums around the country.
