Freeborn & Peters Successfully Represents BNSF Railway Company in a Complex Antitrust Case

Freeborn & Peters was once again victorious in its representation of BNSF Railway Company. In a complex antitrust case, a summary judgment decision in BNSF's favor was released March 8th by the United States District Court in San Francisco. The 24-page decision strikes down plaintiffs' claims of illegal tying, price fixing, attempted monopolization, vertical foreclosure and coerced reciprocity. The Freeborn & Peters' team was lead by Jeff Cross and Dan Curth, with assistance from Bill Holmes, Michael Scotti, Wanda Vazquez and Diane Nowik.
