Freeborn Recognized by BTI Consulting Group as a BTI Client Service A-Team for 2022

CHICAGO – Freeborn & Peters LLP announces that the firm has been recognized by BTI Consulting Group as a BTI Client Service A-Team in its 2022 edition. The annual guide is the only law firm ranking based solely on objective feedback from corporate counsel.

The BTI Client Service A-Team guides have been long considered the gold standard in measuring client service performance, interviewing leading corporate counsel and legal decision makers on law firm client service experiences. Firms are ranked on 17 activities that clients value most, including handling complex deals, providing practical solutions, fielding the best possible team, overall commitment, and the understanding of the client’s business. Now in its 21st year, this edition includes 350 new, in-depth interviews conducted throughout the pandemic.

“We are thrilled that Freeborn has been recognized within the 2022 edition of BTI Consulting Group’s BTI Client Service A-Team guide,” said Freeborn Co-Managing Partner William E. Russell. “Client service is a top priority at Freeborn, so we’re pleased to have been highlighted as a firm that exceeds expectations and delivers valuable client service.”

The BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 draws on data collected in BTI’s annual survey of general counsel. This approach provides an accurate analysis of longitudinal trends while simultaneously gathering insights into new, changing, and upcoming shifts in the legal market. The research is independent and unbiased, and no law firm or organization other than BTI sponsors the study.
